Description
While visiting Colorado, we had one day that was full of rain. We used that day to do some driving towards our next location, and to take a quick break at Echo Lake, on the way to Mount Evans. This beautiful little lake had all kinds of pines and mountains surrounding it, however, I wanted to focus on the serenity of the lake itself and it’s surroundings. This was taken during a brief respite of the rain, and I simply loved the stark yellows and oranges compared to the deep green of the pines surrounding this lake.
