Description
While we were heading back home on our recent trip to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, we simply could not resist stopping off near Grand Marais to see Sable Falls for the first time. We were limited on time so we didn’t venture any further than this spot (have to leave some vistas for future visits) but, the Falls were definitely not limited on beauty!
The lighting was a bit tricky since it was a really sunny day, and the sun had yet to dip below the tree line but, all in all I’m rather happy with how this shot turned out. 🙂
Shot info for the photography buffs out there: Taken with a Nikon D750 and the 24 to 120 F4 lens with a 10stop Ice ND Filter. 31 second exposure at f7.1.
