Description
On our first day in Colorado, we spent the cloudy day at Red Rocks near Denver. This scenic place was fun to hike and view. We saw a lot of Mule Deer here and lots of people climbing all over the rocks. It was a nice relaxing day, and a good day to start getting used to the altitude. This shot was taken at the top most point of a short trail near one of the parking lots there. Behind me, was a historical marker telling the story of the site. I really liked the opposing lines of the fence and trail and how it forms a contrast to the gorgeous natural scene in the distance.
Jeffrey Dobbs took this photo with his Canon EOS 6D and his Canon 24-105 F4L lens.
