While returning to our car, after a failed hike to Lost Lake within the Porkies, and all the while, being chased by Black Flies (or Buffalo Gnats), Jeff stopped for a brief moment to capture this part of the trail, with beautiful Marsh Marigolds surrounding it! I’m glad he did, as it turned out to be one of my favorite shots of his!
