Hello everyone! Jess and I hope you are weathering this storm and that you, and your loved ones are safe and healthy.
We wanted to let you know that while we are still able to take and fulfill orders during this pandemic, there will likely be delays due to both production and shipping logistics. We should still be able to deliver products within our 2-4 week window. However, the orders will likely take up to 4 weeks, instead of the 2 we typically enjoy. We will do our utmost to keep communication flowing, should there be delays beyond this time frame.
Here’s what we know with regards to our supply chain:
Our print lab is currently experiencing substantial delays. This is because a large part of their manufacturing capacity is being dedicated to the manufacture of face masks. We support their decision to help out during this difficult period, and are appreciative that they are even able to take print orders at this time.
Our shipping partners continue to deliver shipments worldwide. However, due to certain restrictions, there may or may not be delayed shipments depending upon your area. The biggest potential delay here, are governmental restrictions in your particular locale. UPS intends to maintain their standard delivery times otherwise.
